The Multiple Sclerosis Association of America (MSAA), a non-profit dedicated to supporting individuals with MS, sought to expand its digital offerings by developing a comprehensive and unbiased treatment guide. This project involved creating a user-friendly online resource within the MSAA website, featuring 18 treatment pages, 36 supporting informational videos, and expert insights from doctors and real patients. The goal was to empower MS patients with reliable, easily accessible information while respecting their autonomy in decision-making. The tool, which included a visually engaging design and a robust technical maintenance plan, became a groundbreaking resource, offering clear, video-driven content to simplify complex medical information. The project not only met the MSAA’s mission of supporting the MS community but also provided a lasting impact, with ongoing optimization ensuring the tool’s continued relevance.
