The B Team is a global collective of business and civil society leaders dedicated to advancing sustainability, equality, and accountability in business. As part of their mission, they sought to create a digital hub separate from their main website—a space where business leaders could access tools, resources, and case studies to guide ethical and impactful leadership.
Project Overview
To bring this vision to life, The B Team commissioned the design and development of an interactive digital platform to house the New Leadership Playbook. The hub was envisioned as an immersive, user-friendly resource that would educate and inspire business leaders, featuring multimedia content, a structured knowledge framework, and an interactive leadership compass. Built for flexibility, the platform needed to be easily maintainable and scalable to support long-term growth and evolving content needs.
Project Goals
The objective was to design and develop an interactive, immersive digital hub that would:
- Serve as an informative and engaging standalone resource for business leaders.
- Showcase the New Leadership Playbook and its core philosophies.
- Provide a structured platform featuring case studies and an interactive compass focused on sustainability, equality, and accountability.
- Ensure the platform was scalable, mobile-responsive, and easy to update via a CMS.
Scope
A 15-week, multi-phase process was executed across Discovery, Design/Copy, Development, and QA/Launch stages, including:
- User-Centered Website Development:
- Designed a multi-page, interactive experience optimized for engagement.
- Developed a custom CMS dashboard, allowing The B Team to manage content post-launch.
- Integrated UX/UI best practices to create a dynamic and immersive user experience.

- Created user journeys, wireframes, and personas to guide development.
- Developed custom illustrations, iconography, and stock photography for visual consistency.
- Built an SEO-optimized content structure to improve discoverability.

- Packaged and handed off a fully functional, mobile-responsive platform.
- Ongoing Support (12 months post-launch):
- Provided technical maintenance, content updates, and CMS support.
