Federal Covid Response

At the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Wondros was engaged by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) to lead a nationwide public service campaign encouraging plasma donation from recovered patients. With no known treatments or vaccines at the time, convalescent plasma therapy offered early hope, and the campaign aimed to drive awareness and action through localized landing pages, social media, video PSAs, and targeted outreach. Executed under intense pressure, the initiative combined agile content development, cross-agency coordination, and real-time data analysis to adapt to evolving science and public sentiment. The result was a high-impact, crisis communication effort that successfully informed the public and laid the groundwork for future rapid-response health campaigns.
